Top-ups

Balance is added to your account as soon as a top-up clears. The balance is used only for orders.

Before an order starts

An order that has not started yet can be canceled, and the charge goes back to your balance.

After an order starts

Once delivery has started an order is generally not refundable, because the work is already running. If an order only partly completes, you are charged for the delivered amount and the rest is returned to your balance.

Refills

Where a service offers a refill, use the refill button on the order within the service's refill window. A refill tops the count back up; it is not a cash refund.

If something goes wrong

If an order fails or is not delivered as described, contact support. We review it and return the amount to your balance where it is warranted.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to your account balance, not to the original payment method, unless the law requires otherwise.
