Scope

This agreement covers everyone who uses DreamPanel (the service) and this website. Creating an account means you accept it.

Account and token

You create an account and sign in with a single token. We keep it encrypted and never show it again, and there is no email recovery, so keep your own copy safe. Keeping the token safe is your responsibility.

What we sell

DreamPanel is a social media marketing panel. We sell services such as followers, likes, views, plays, members and comments for the public link you give us. You choose a service, paste a public link and a quantity, and we deliver to that link.

Orders and payment

Every service has a price per 1,000. The charge is your quantity divided by 1,000, times that rate, taken from your balance when the order is accepted. You top up your balance first; the balance is only used for orders.

Your responsibilities

Give the correct public link and keep it public and unchanged until the order is complete. Do not order growth that breaks a platform's rules or any law. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks a platform's rules, looks fraudulent, or is unlawful.

Delivery, retention and liability

Delivery speed, start time and retention are estimates and depend on each platform. Platforms can remove counts on their own, and a refill, where offered, is described on the service. We are not responsible for platform actions, account restrictions, or indirect losses.

Changes

We may update our services, prices and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
